• 1 C fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 1/4 block of Silken tofu
  • 1 C vanilla soymilk, green tea or apple or grape juice, chilled
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Blend berries, banana and tofu until smooth.  Add soymilk, cooled green tea, or juice and ice. Blend until smooth.  Drink immediately.
