This is a great recipe to make when you may be in a rush in the morning. Throw this together the night before and enjoy it on the go in the morning.

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 3/4 mashed ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit
  • 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened milk (your choosing)
  1. Layer ingredients in a mason jar in order of ingredients.

  2. Close jar and shake to mix ingredients.

  3. Put the mason jar in the fridge overnight.

  4. Enjoy on the go for a quick and easy meal.
