This is a great recipe to make when you may be in a rush in the morning. Throw this together the night before and enjoy it on the go in the morning.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 3/4 mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit
- 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened milk (your choosing)
Instructions
Layer ingredients in a mason jar in order of ingredients.
Close jar and shake to mix ingredients.
Put the mason jar in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy on the go for a quick and easy meal.
