Not exactly our healthiest recipe, but it will sure step up your game for the next backyard gathering or campout!
  • 8 graham crackers
  • 32 large marshmallows, cut in half
  • 2 1.5-ounce chocolate bars
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Adjust rack to middle position and preheat broiler.

Break the crackers in half to form squares and place on a baking sheet. Place 4 marshmallow halves on top of each square. Broil for 30 to 60 seconds or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

Break each chocolate bar into 12 pieces. Arrange the chocolate on top of half the crackers and remove the other half of the crackers to a serving plate and top with the raspberries.  Return the chocolate-topped crackers to the broiler for another 30-60 seconds, removing as the chocolate begins to soften. Working quickly, invert the chocolate-topped marshmallow crackers onto the raspberry-topped crackers, pressing gently to seal.

Special note:  You may need your calculator to do the math for  the additional batches you’ll have to make, because EVERYONE will devour these!!!!
