This Hui Household Original is perfect for grilled chicken thighs or salmon, though you can add it to any grilled meat for a delicious sweet-hot touch.
- 1 8 oz jar Agriberry's Raspberry Heat Jam
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Sambal or Sriracha optional, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until smooth. Add additional sambal if desired.
Brush onto meat as it grills, making sure to glaze in the last 5 minutes of cooking for a perfect finish.
