Easy does it for summer desserts!  Here’s the simplest, purest way to enjoy peak-of-season berries of any kind.

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 C heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 C Fresh Raspberries, Blueberries or Blackberries

Pre-heat the oven as per the puff pastry directions.

Place the thawed pastry on a baking sheet, scoring a rim on all sides about 3/4″ in from each edge. Prick it all over with a fork. Bake until crisp.

Spread whipped cream over the baked pastry.  Top with fresh berries.

Slice into squares and serve immediately.
