- 3 cups fresh blackberries
- 3 cups Greek or well strained yogurt
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
In a blender, puree the blackberries and the sweetened condensed milk.
In a medium bowl, mix the puree with the yogurt.
Pour the mixture in to your ice cream maker (2 quart capacity or split the batches) and follow the manufacturer's directions.
Top with a scattering of fresh, whole berries and a sprig of fresh mint.
