Berry Sorbet
This berry sorbet recipe is an excellent Vegan and Gluten-Free summer treat and a great use for any berries left over from previous shares hanging around in your freezer.
Fruit Used: blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 cups frozen banana chunks
  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 6 Tbsp honey
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, warm orange juice and honey until dissolved, then allow to cool.  

  2. Place all ingredients in the blender and process until creamy. Taste for sweetness, add more if needed. 

  3. Serve or freeze for later. If you freeze this tasty treat, remember to remove from freezer and allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes prior to scooping. You can vary the fruits, keeping the amount of frozen fruit chunks at 4 cups.
