- 1 (3oz) package raspberry flavored gelatin
- 1 cup Raspberry Blush Applesauce
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 pint fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 cup cored, unpeeled, chopped Crimson Crisp apples
In 2 quart mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add apples, applesauce, pecans and celery and stir to combine.
Add raspberries and gently stir into the mixture.
Pour into a serving dish or mold. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until mixture is set. Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.
