- 3-4 cups Fresh or Frozen (unthawed) Fruit
- 1/3 cup sugar or preferred substitute
- 4 oz butter melted
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c oats
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease an 8x8" baking pan.
Toss fruit with sugar, and add to the prepared pan.
Combine all dry ingredients, then pour the melted butter over the top, mixing together until loosely combined. (There should be some larger chunks, as well as some smaller ones.) If the mixture is too dry, add a little more melted butter.
Cover the fruit with the topping, and place the pan in the oven to bake.
Do we need to tell you to serve this with vanilla ice cream? (We didn't think so!)
