Sugar Snap Peas with Toasted Sesame

  • 1 pound sugar snap peas stems and strings removed
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  1. Toss snap peas, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. 

  2. Place in the oven and roast, turning halfway through, until snap peas are tender and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.

  3. Toss with sesame seeds and serve.
