Spill-free trail mix.
- 1 cup chopped dried fruit pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup your favorite granola
- 1/2 cup raw chopped nuts
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, almond butter and almond extract with a spoon. Mix together almond butter mixture, granola, nuts and fruit.
Press into a loaf pan with slightly damp hands.
Refrigerate for at least an hour. Slice into 1-inch bars.
