Dried Fruit & Nut Bars

Spill-free trail mix.

  • 1 cup chopped dried fruit pieces
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup your favorite granola
  • 1/2 cup raw chopped nuts
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, almond butter and almond extract with a spoon. Mix together almond butter mixture, granola, nuts and fruit. 

  2. Press into a loaf pan with slightly damp hands. 

  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Slice into 1-inch bars.
