Blueberry Raspberry Smoothie
2 c. whole yogurt
2 bananas
1 1/2 c. blueberries and raspberries
honey, to taste
dash of cardamom, if desired
Put all the above ingredients in a blender along with a few ice cubes. Blend just until smooth - makes two servings - a great way to start the day, even take a travel mug of it with you to work or school! So many possible combinations, you may find yourself making variations of this smoothie all year round.
